4.1 Implementation Timeline: System setup and deployment will be completed within 3-5 working days from contract signing and receipt of initial payment.
4.2 Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon contract signing. Payment can be made via bank transfer or as mutually agreed.
4.3 Data Security: All client data will be stored on a private server with regular backups. The client retains full ownership of all data.
4.4 Technical Support: Support level is determined by the selected package (Basic or Priority). Support is provided during business hours (Sunday-Thursday, 9 AM - 6 PM GST).
4.5 System Updates: Regular system updates and bug fixes are included in the annual fee. Major feature additions may incur additional charges.
4.6 Contract Duration: This agreement is valid for one (1) year from the date of signing. Renewal terms will be discussed 30 days before expiration.
4.7 Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing 30 days in advance. No refunds will be provided for partial year cancellations.
4.8 Limitation of Liability: The service provider's liability is limited to the annual contract value. The service provider is not liable for data loss due to client negligence or force majeure events.
